We are a small by appointment only studio, which means our time is YOUR time.

Before Booking an appointment with us please read and understand our policies.

Rescheduling Policy:
We would be grateful if you could give at least 24 hours notice before your appointment day. If less than 24 hours is given, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. If you should schedule an appointment and no show/ no call you will be charged 100% of your service(s) with an upfront deposit policy for future appointments. 
Late Policy:
Traffic, kids and life can get us running behind...but keep in mind that this does use your treatment time and follow up appointments may be needed to complete your service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and you will be charged as a no show.
Refund Policy:
There are no refunds on services received. Our skin and lashes react differently to products and treatments. We are not held responsible for allergic reactions and adhesive/pigment retention. We give detailed post treatment instructions and at home care is imperative to benefit the most from your service.
